What does Volant stand for?
Volant, in Latin stands for fly. We don't really have any inspirational or cheesy meaning to why this is our name, but something cool we found and decided to run with it. Also, it is pronounced vol-aren't.
When do you release new pieces?
We drop fresh curated gear on the site every week. If you want a sneak peek at what’s coming, keep an eye on our Instagram - that’s where we share all the early looks.
Why are some of your pieces so expensive?
All our pieces are sourced to the highest standard, and that process takes time. Vintage doesn’t come cheap - rarity and uniqueness are a big part of what you’re paying for. We often pay up ourselves to make sure we’re bringing you the best possible fits.
Our prices reflect the quality of the piece and the hours we spend hunting down each item.Â
Some pieces are 25-30+ years old and, with proper care, will easily last another couple of decades. If you don’t want to hold onto them that long, you can always re‑home them - unlike fast fashion, true vintage holds its value.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to select countries around the world. Shipping costs vary depending on country and will be calculated at the checkout automatically, depending on the weight and size of the garment.
How much will International fees & taxes cost me?
We are not responsible for any fees or other taxes some countries may charge on items purchased from overseas.
What is your returns policy?
We don't currently offer returns. Please check descriptions, photos & measurements carefully.
