What does Volant stand for?
Volant, in Latin stands for fly. We don't really have any inspirational or cheesy meaning to why this is our name, but something cool we found and decided to run with it. 

When do you release new pieces?
We try to release pieces weekly on the website and often have other rare pieces available for bidding on our Instagram throughout the week.

Why are some of your pieces so expensive?
All our pieces are meticulously sourced, and specifically our vintage surf wear is oh so rare and difficult to come by. The clothes we source, are of the highest quality - long before the fast-fashion era. 

The price of these pieces does not come cheap, due to the rarity and uniqueness of the item. We often pay up for pieces, to provide you with the best possible fits. 

The price reflects the quality and the time we spend searching for each item just for you. Our profit margin is often quite small especially on vintage surf tees, but like you, we froth it.

Some items exceed 25-30 years old and with care, will likely last you another 20. If you don't need them that long you can always re-home them, unlike new clothes, vintage pieces hold their value.

Do you ship worldwide?
We sure do. Shipping costs vary depending on country and will be calculated at the checkout automatically depending on the weight and size of the garment.

How much will International fees & taxes cost me?
We are not responsible for any fees or other taxes some countries may charge on items purchased from overseas.

What is your returns policy?
We don't currently offer returns. Please check descriptions, photos & measurements carefully.
