Refund policy

Due to the nature of our small business, we do not offer a refund or exchange service. 

We ask you keep in mind that all our clothes are second-hand and have been preloved. Slight blemishes and other smaller marks are expected and we will ensure we photograph the pieces to show these imperfections. Please ensure you are checking the sizing and fit recommendations so that your garment fits how you would like.

If you are ever unsatisfied with the photos we have taken of any marks/ blemishes that don't match the product you have received, please send us a message on our instagram @volant.vintage, or contact us through the website.
